Day 245: Chipped Paint - Texture /  by Kelli Conley

D245:
One of the things I am always looking for and have always loved about photography, is texture! And  with my husband being a web designer, he is always looking for great textures to use as backgrounds for the sites he is building... therefore I find him pictures I have shot with texture! Or as in this case I just find something that has texture on it and photograph it in a way that brings out the texture and definition, so you as the observer feel as if was real and you could feel the texture if you touched it! Did I make that happen with this picture?

Day 244: Tuning Peg /  by Kelli Conley

D244:
My Daisy Rock is one of the things that I got as a present to me... and I absolutely love it! It's purple and sparkly, what more could a girl ask for in a guitar! I need to work on playing more often than I do, but when I'm not it makes a great art piece! =)
 
P.S. Will be taking a full body picture of it someday this year... just haven't found the perfect setting!

Day 243: Peanut Butter Cookies /  by Kelli Conley

D243:
When I think of peanut butter cookies, I think of my wonderful grandma! Whenever I would go over she would either have them made or have all the supplies for us to make them with her! It was always so much fun to get our hands sticky, make the criss-cross patterns, and sprinkle on the sugar! So now every time I make them I think of her and all the great memories that are tied to these sweet little cookies!

Day 242: Whiskers /  by Kelli Conley

D242:
I absolutely love my dogs! Like I have said before I totally treat them like they are my kids, and I am told that when I have kids I won't be able to stand them (which saddens me, but I can kinda see why). So while Blitz was waiting for a treat I decided to take advantage of his angle and grab a shot of his cute whiskers!
