For those of you who were unaware today was Small Business Saturday, where everyone is encouraged to go out and support your local businesses. I stumbled upon Lisa Cote and her gorgeous vintage, re-purposed pieces! Everything about her style reflects the true artist inside, I wanted to buy it all or just see if I could rent her to come re-decorate my whole house!! And I was even more excited to find that she has a permanent booth at The Depot, one of the antique malls in our area!

During this holiday time we tend to focus on the things we want, rather than reflecting on what this season is really about... giving! I had wanted to put this picture up awhile ago but have just now had a chance to take it. With October being breast cancer awareness month I had wanted to get one of these bracelets as one of the ways to show my support. I think that the message that Keep A Breast is informing our generation about is vital in striving to find a cure!
