You can honestly not predict the weather in this area! One day it is 70 degrees and feelslike spring, then the next it turns to 34 and frost... but we decided to have a photo shoot in spite of that! =) So here is a preview of a shoot I did will Miss Abrey to embrace whatever season we are in and capture her cuteness at this age!

Let the March Madness Begin! /
Wow has February gone by fast, or what? I am in shock that we are already in March! There has been so much planning, and marketing that we have planned for this year, that it just made the time fly. We are still working to launch the new website, it is just taking a little longer than planned. With spring right around the corner, we are booking portrait sessions, and getting ready for a few vendors fairs. We also have a couple more reviews heading to the blog in the next couple months! So great things are in the works, and we can't wait for this season to begin!
In the mean time here is a peek at what I was up to this weekend. My husband and I met my parents and Aunt & Uncle down in Savannah, GA. We visited a few historic locations and while stopping to see an old historic fort, we stumbled upon this amazing lighthouse. It was a 45 minute walk, and when we got to the lighthouse the local tornado siren started to blow, and the wind started to gust, while rain continued to fall. My husband and I looked at each other and said, you only live once... and had to get "the shot"
I hope you enjoy it, as I plane to frame it somewhere in my house! =)

Kim - Flirty, Fun Portrait Session - Fort Mill, SC /
This week the weather has been gloomy, raining, and then last night it snowed. But somenhow in the midst of all that Kim and I picked a great day to get her pictures taken! It was in the high 60's with gorgeous sun and everything turned out perfect! Then as soon as we finished, Kim zipped off to Zumba class, where she is working to possibly become an instructor. Kudos to her for that, I think that is so awesome and would love to take her class!
Unveiling - Vintage Charging Station /
After applying three coats of sealing rubber inside, and a couple coats of yellow paint outside, a bit of distressing... and VOILA'!!
When we went to The Depot we were on a quest to create this... but then found this little gem (for those of you who did not see the before pictures). I am so happy we did, because it turned out better than I imagined! So now my charging station is all ready to go, rainbow fan and everything!
Stay tuned for my next project... a vintage lace camera strap cover!! I've been waiting awhile for this one!!
