Separk Mansion Outdoor Wedding | Nicole & Anthony | October 9, 2016 by Kelli Conley

Nicole and Anthony had a whirlwind of a wedding day! A hurricane rolled in the day before, but led way to some beautiful sunshine and weather creating a beautiful outdoor ceremony at Separk Mansion. This is such a beautiful venue for a wedding, from the sweet little garden, to the historic house, and the beautiful staircase. I loved everything about their wedding, especially how in love the two of them are! Check out the rest of the wedding below and the fabulous vendors that made it all happen.

Outdoor Wedding at The Ivy Place | Melissa & Mike by Kelli Conley

Can't believe how fast two years flies by! These two booked me over two years ago and I remember discussing with them at the consultation about how although it was two years, it would be here in no time. And boy did that happen, but their wedding was everything they hoped for and more!

South Carolina Engagement Photographer | Malia & Justin by Kelli Conley

Malia and Justin are so cute together! When meeting Malia I could tell that she was one who truly loves photography and the ability to capture the love that the two of them share together! During the session I was able to do just that! The two of them were naturals and I could really see the love they had for each other shining through the entire session! Plus on top of that they are just really fun to hang out with and we had a blast together! I can't wait to photograph their wedding this June and know it will be an amazing day!2015-04-24_0003.jpg 2015-04-24_0002.jpg 2015-04-24_0001.jpg 2015-04-24_0004.jpg 2015-04-24_0005.jpg 2015-04-24_0006.jpg 2015-04-24_0007.jpg 2015-04-24_0008.jpg 2015-04-24_0009.jpg 2015-04-24_0011.jpg 2015-04-24_0010.jpg 2015-04-24_0012.jpg 2015-04-24_0013.jpg 2015-04-24_0014.jpg

FlashMe Workshop 2015 | Always Learning & Growing by Kelli Conley

Over the past few years I have made it a point in my business to work to learn and grow throughout the year. One of the things I have done the past three years in the winter (which is usually my slower season for weddings) is taking a photography workshop. Last year I took one that helped teach me a lot about off camera lighting and the basics of using the flash to light a wedding. This work shop took it up a notch and taught us how to use off camera lighting in every time of the day. We went outside mid-day and overpowered the sun (I didn't take pictures of this I was observing this portion), then we broke out into groups and tried different types of lighting. It is always a great experience to learn from such talented photographers and find out ways to improve my photography no matter what time of day or kind of light there is! Here are just a couple examples of the different lighting scenarios we set up to test our skills in being able to use the flash and come up with some amazing photos. 2015-03-07_0010.jpg 2015-03-07_0011.jpg 2015-03-07_0012.jpg 2015-03-07_0013.jpg 2015-03-07_0014.jpg 2015-03-07_0015.jpg

Dairy Barn Engagement Session | Fort Mill, SC | Meagen & Bryan by Kelli Conley

Being the animal lover that I am I was so excited when I found out Meagen and Bryan met through their mutual love for horses. Meagen had just started training her horse and hired Bryan to help her and the rest is history from there. I was also excited to find out they wanted to incorporate both their horses into their engagement session. The two of them are so cute together, both their dog and their horses were well behaved during the session and I can’t wait to share in their special day at The Dairy Barn in June!2015-06-17_0001.jpg 2015-06-17_0002.jpg 2015-06-17_0003.jpg 2015-06-17_0004.jpg 2015-06-17_0005.jpg 2015-06-17_0006.jpg 2015-06-17_0007.jpg 2015-06-17_0008.jpg 2015-06-17_0009.jpg 2015-06-17_0010.jpg
